The Extra Mile

I booked my Polo Classic in for a Steering Pump and while the vehicle was with theextraMile they convinced me to replace additional things like the Radiator, Cv Joints, Cambelt Seals and Cambelt. The whole Mile cost me R15364.08. Only Two Days later the vehicle breaks down on the highway, they tow it in and open up the engine. A Valve knocked one of the Pistons, in my mind related to the timing belt that might have skipped. theextraMile however feels that it is my problem and after spending a huge amount the vehicle is now in a worse state. After telling me it is not there problem and wanting to rip me off with another R10000 I took it to another workshop who confirmed that this problem is related to the work done by theextraMile. No Extra Miles from this crowd.
