2.5 Months of

Miscellaneous

On the 18th Dec 2012 my water pump and thermostat blew on my little Fiat Palio - my car was overheating without me knowing and I blew the headgasket and had the vehicle towed in to The Garage, Bosch Mt Edgecombe that afternoon.

Over the following two months the communication was completely shocking, most specifically from Jayson and the owner Alan Pugh Jones (yes two months and as I write this I am still waiting for my vehicle still not complete yet!). The vehicle was delivered to me in a state of dis-repair as it was cutting out on low rev's and the ignition was still faulty. The mechanic later admitted that he picked this up with the test drive... yet he failed to communicate this with me when handing over the vehicle!? What followed was a failed ignition and re-tow back to the workshop. Much evasive communication and disregard for customer by the owner. Failure to communicate the extent of a Cambelt Tensioner problem. Their employee driving my vehicle with clear communication that the vehicle is in a state of dis-repair and the cambelt snapping and destroying the engine for a second time under their care. No compensation for 2.5 months with no car. I could go on. Still I wait.
