Being given untruthful info and the run around

We bought a Toyota Verso and took delivery on 10 May. We took the Verso for a service at Monument Toyota Constantia on the 14 May who told us that there is a problem with the gearbox and that the clutch had to be replaced. We took the Verso back to Lindsay Saker on the 16 May. Mike assisted us and assured us that the transaction will be reversed and they will assist us in getting another car as we foresee endless problems with this Toyota. Mike said he will get back to us and did not. We phoned 3x Friday 17 May, nobody came back to us. We went to see him on Monday afternoon 20 May. He told us that Marcia (dealer principle) will phone us. Noting happened. We then received a mail from Marcia on 22 May. Mike told us that he took the car to Bosh and Toyota to have it checked. It apparently never went to Toyota. Then when we phoned today to speak to Marcia and the Reception told us she no longer works there. We then spoke to Mike who said she is on training. We requested Mike to send us the reports as the one attached to the mail from Marcia was unclear. He said that he was going to do it immediately. STILL nothing came through. They just don't care.
