WOW, thanks for no service

Ordered parts befor 9 this morning. At 12:37 i sent an email to find out why i am still waiting. Was told delivery left @ 11am. 14:15 still no delivery. Jannie tells me it left just before 14:00 after telling me 11:00 at first. Unacceptable. Would rather pay more than have my weekend buggered up by Masterparts! Terrible experience. Truely disappointed especially being to when trying to locate parts!
