Pathetic Service!!!

Andre is the person working in the parts department, promise the parts are in stock and delivery will be done, bought R40000.00 worth of parts. Every time when we phoned to follow up on the parts he tells us the driver already left which never happened. We send a complaint letter to GWM head-office, they forwarded the letter to the dealer principle Eddie with no action whatsoever. We phoned Eddie 20/2/2013 asking to assist, he said he is not in the delivery business and in future we must buy the parts somewhere else and he doesn't care if we report him any where because his head office have nothing to do with him.
