Poor service from Mercedes Road Assist

I called the road side assist at 9:25am. I mentioned that my car was not handling properly and upon inspection I saw a nail lodged in my tyre, The person at the call centre immediately said that they will send someone to have a look at the problem. 1 Hour 15 min later I decided to leave my car and get a lift with my wife to my meeting. The road side assistance from Century City called me around 11am that he was on the way and I mentioned to him that he need not come and rather call me within 2 hours so we can make another suitable time. At 1pm their Riaan called me and arranged to meet at 1:30pm. Around 1:50pm he arrived and immediately upon getting out of his car told me that they will charge me R850 if he finds nothing wrong with the car. He then took the car for a short drive and told me that nothing is wrong with the car. When I remonstrated that there is definitely something wrong and showed the big nail in the tyre he said that that is not part of road side assistance as the tyre is not flat. All this arguing happened in full view of all my neighbours and was very embarrassing. I now have a car in the driveway that is unsafe and Mercedes Benz cant be bothered to even call me
