We are in East London and my daughter who drives a Citroen C3 is in Pretoria. Her C3 clutch plate packed up on Tuesday evening. We arranged for the car to be towed to Citroen Hatfield. From the minute the vehicle arrived I received constant feedback by SMS about the progress of the vehicle. This is the best service I have ever received from any motor car dealership. I think this branch must be used as the training facility for all motor car dealerships, they deserve a motor car dealership award
