Absolutely poor service

Bought a brand new Kia rio sedan. Have the car for 7 months now. Returned the car to the dealership for:
Peeling of steering wheel- replaced
Steering problems- steering rack/ column replaced
Pinging engine noise- remains unresolved.

My car has been returned to the dealership many times. Dealership does not respond to my emails, telephone calls, and their empty promises and lack of attitude towards their clients is appalling. I am completely fed- up with their non interest. My car has received 2 "software upgrades"- no luck.
