Bad service or lack thereof

I would like to report bad service from Kia Motors Randburg. I bought a Cerato Koup from them in July 2013 and within the first three months there was a fault with the clutch system and instead of showing courtesy the branch manager Brian told me there is nothing he can do about the fact that I do not have a car to go home and to work with until they finish the bunch of cars they have in the garage.

The car has been in their possession since Friday 18 October 2013 till today nobody has looked at the car, they were able to bring me to work and now I have to ask for lifts to go home in this rain and this is totally unacceptable.

They sell you their cars and when they have your money they dont care what happens to you.

Kia Motors Randburg has by far the most HORRIBLE service I've seen.
