Damaged my Ford Focus

My vehicle was damage by the the branch - McCarthy The Glen.
Barry Harmse did not even bother to investigate this matter. After I asked if he fixed the damage caused by his branch he replied: "I am not willing to do that". He further said: "I have more than accommodated you"
and also "You can take your vehicle and we will part our ways"
About the scratches on my car he replied: "and what about your bonnet, are you going to blame me for that to".
What and attitude. I cannot believe how I was treated. Ford SA has no power or control over what is happening at their branches.
It's now clear that the service manager is calling the shots and no one at customer care or anywhere else has been able to assist. I will be posting photos of the damage on several social networking sites until its fixed. No one on branch level cares about taking responsibility over the work they carry out and now I have seen why. THEY ARE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH IT EVERY TIME.
I will make it my mission to put an end to this. Since your customer care department is useless, even after I told Vernon from customer care what happened, I will keep you updated with post from several social networking sites.
