I had my vehicle repaired at Barlow World Ford N1 City on 23/07/2013. I received my vehicle back after a service and a mechanical failure repaired as per Nicholas of the service department. He handed me my key, did not even tell me where my vehicle was parked... I had to look for it. I saw that the other consultants actually walked their clients to their vehicles... is it because I drive a small "cheap" car and the other customers have more expensive cars.
Upon me getting home, my husband noted a dent on the left side of the bonnet of the car. I phoned the service department and they said they would come and collect the car. I also had to ask for my black rubber mat that was not put back in the car.
They came to collect my car and I had to phone them to find out what is happening. The manager Andrew Mitchell did not even have the decency to phone me and tell me what they decided to do about the damage on my vehicle - I got a reply from the service advisor that he is not taking responsibility for the dent because the car has other dents on as well. I know about those dents, but the big one was caused by some one at their premises and now I must pay for the damage.
