I had buy a Polo 1.9 TDI at Arnold Motors the end of October 2012.The salesman was Johan Gouws. With the buy of the car Johan recommend this service plan to me that i include in the buy. I take the top up one so that i was cover for things like this. The first long trip that i took with this car he start loosing power that i have to go to second gear just to keep moving max 60km on the clock. I took it back and they say they could not find a fault. In total i took it back 3 times for the same problem the last time it was with them for 2 weeks. My wife took the car to Durban they was a hour on the road same story 3 women alone on the road. I take it to another garage to fixed the cost was R3800.00.I phone Arnold Motors and asked if they going to pay for it. Johan come back to my wife and say no and they not willing to help us anymore. He said to much time had pass. I just want to know why did they not fixed it the 3 times i took it back or did they play for time. Then i decide i will use this service plan to pay for it just to get the news they not going to pay for it. All i want to asked them please check your cars and products before you sell it to people. No customer service at all.
