Defective Monroe shocks fitted

(I have had three sets of rear Monroe shocks fitted by Super quick Trichard .)
The first set started giving me problems 3 days after they were fitted. On my way to Durban I heard a strange noise and phoned Super quick Trichard who advised me to go to Super quick Standerton as I was driving through Standerton. On Inspection, they advised me that the shocks were defective and leaking fluid. These were replaced by Super quick and 3 weeks later the same problem occurred. I returned to Super quick Trichard who promptly replaced them. I contacted Monroe Johannesburg to get the test results of the returned shocks and no one could answer me. I was told to contact the rep who after numerous calls told me that someone else will be contacting me. He also told me that the shocks may not have been installed correctly. I advised him that I was there to witness these shocks being installed. Superquick is not the cause of this, Monroe supplied the shocks.. I am still waiting and the shocks are again leaking fluid at the top.
All that I am requesting is value for money... Replace these shocks with reliable shocks.
