I bought a vehicle from a dealer a few months ago and requested that the Motorplan on the Mini is extended. It was paid for and a quality check was completed. Today I took my vehicle for a service and get told that there is no motor plan on the vehicle because I did not complete the process! My money was taken and I did not get one notification that anything was incomplete.
