Sold faulty car with pretence its a company demo

November 2011 bought a car at VW Gezina, was informed that the car was a company demo at 12000km which put me at ease to purchase the car, 2013 trying to trade in the car at VW Arcadia for a new car got informed that the car was a faulty car and that it was repaired and a dodgy job was done on it, informed the Gezina dealer about this discovery and the Manager Oscar informed me that they will cover the shortfall on my trade in as i was sold a car that wasnt up to standard, also that i was given wrong information about the state of the car.
