Pathetic

I had a GMW bakkie that I took in for a trade in at TATA Gezina. On 18 Sep my application was approved but they still required my original ID and that was supplied. On 19 September I was told i could no longer get the bakkie because Kerry Michael said he was going to make a loss and is not willing to do that. On 28 Sep i was told that they have a bakkie that they will buy from another garage and i went in and signed my contract and gave them my GWM. I was informed after that, that Kerry Micheal once again rejected this deal because they do have bakkies in stock and there for he is not willing to buy another one and was supplied with a lone vehicle
On 8 Oct i was informed that they now have a bakkie and went in to sign the my second contract (i was told just come in every thing will be ready but when i got there the power was out apparently from Thursday and had to be taken to another garage for them to print it so that i may sign it)
There is still plenty to say of paper work that went missing and was not given to me and the GWM l traded still has not been settled with the bank. I am now paying for 2 cars and the GWM has already been sold
How can people still do business like this
