Not delivering on agreement

I bought a Mini cooper 2003 model from AutoWorld, Parow on the 27th of February 2013. I have been promised since I gave the deposit that I will receive the full service history of the car, I am still waiting. Dents were identified before delivery as well as chips on the bonnet of the car. I was promised that these things will be fixed. After taking delivery of the car I identified a rattle in the dashboard and that the electric windows do not close properly. Nothing has been done, even after repeated requests.

I am concerned that there may be other things wrong with the car and I feel powerless since I am a first time buyer and very little was put down on paper.
