Aircon repair, now dash board rattle

I bought a new Rio Tech on Jan 4 2013, one month later the aircon stopped working. After fighting with the dealership and Kia SA to replace the vehicle I gave in and allowed them to repair it. They had to remove the dashboard (I did not want this as I knew there would be problems).

They repaired the aircon issue and promised me I would not have a rattle or anything.

Now two months down the line my dashboard is rattling. I took the car in two weeks ago as agreed. Waited in line for 45 minutes to book it in, only to be told the loan car (as arranged) was not available and would not be for another week. They also said they cant work on my car that day either. I must leave my number they would secure a car and call me.

well I am still waiting!!! The time you spend waiting and the number of times you have to keep calling to get survice is just not worth the effort. I will not buy another Kia Product again. If I do give in it will most certainly not be from Kia Menlyn. I will rather travel 100km for good service than get poor service close to home.

This car is 6 months old and not worth the trouble.
