Great car... shocking service

In January my wife bought her car from Kia Alberton. In Short... She knew the car she wanted and went to get it. the sales lady was useless and had to be chased constantly by us. We got the car in January but didn't get the manual or spare key (which we need because the original is already coming apart), plus the marks on the car that were supposed to be removed were not..we chased lindiwe about this and nothing was happening with her we took it further to andrew andrews (her manager) who assured us everything would be sorted out. After another month of nothing my wife contacted Jaco (the DP) who expressed his own frustration at the shocking service we were getting and assured us it would be sorted out... by the last week of April we had still not heard anything even from the DP. So i emailed the complaints department at KIA h/o... no response. So I phoned twice and left messages to be contacted. It is now May... No Calls, No Mails??? This is shocking... never in my life have i come across such blatant disregard for client problems... right from the top to the bottom. You are a great company that makes great cars, if only your after sales service reflected that!!!
