Problems with Joburg over and ove

I sent 4 boxes to a customer in Midrand on Monday. They should be delivered on Tuesday. My customer waited all morning for his delivery which never came. I logged an online query and phoned customer service, and they eventually confirmed the order was at Pretoria. It had been misdirected by Jhb to Pretoria. I told the customer service agent that my customer needed the books by Tuesday afternoon, and she said that it was impossible, and they would only be delivered on Thursday. No apology, no offer of help. My customer got hold of a manager at the Pta branch who told him (and me when I phoned to confirm that he would wait), that he will be at the depot until 6pm, and would wait no longer than that, and that it was "not his fault". His attitude, and the Pta and Jhb branched attitudes stink. I often have trouble. My customer eventually paid R400.00 to hire a car to get to the depot to pick up his own boxes because he lives 50 kms away. That is disgusting!
