Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced!

Bought a Bed from their Virtual store on Sunday! No Confirmation e-mail received as stated on their website to start with. Received a call on Tuesday to confirm deliver for mattress and base set! And no time to be confirmed just sometime delivery on Tuesday! At 3pm after still not receiving a delivery I called their delivery depot here in Port Elizabeth. Spoke to a Mckenzie who confirmed it was a mattress and base set! Delivery people eventually arrived at 4 pm- with only a mattress! When I phoned their Depot and this time spoke to a Estelle, was told to keep calm! How Dare They! This after they had all ready taken the money off my card. Eventually tried to phone their customer Service number on their Website - both contact numbers just ringing out- again showing a total lack of concern for their customers. Eventually a lady called Belinda phoned me to let me know she had phone all the number she had for their Virtual store in Sand ton (a Ms Amanda V D Vywer), who had all ready gone home at 4 PM. n a nutshell if you have problem after 4pm don't bother to phone as hey could not be bothered. phoned Amanda today - after a hour still waiting - obviously customers not important!
