I logged a complaint with ford head office on the 15th of April and till today the only reply I got was a reference number I phoned them twice where I was told that the person who is handling my case is unavailable and that the person in question will contact me well its been two weeks and nothing I am everything but impressed with the service I was looking to buy another car in a few months time but as it seems at this stage service delivery is a issue and i might have to look at other manufacturers THIS IS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING AS I AM NOT USED TO POOR SERVICE FORM FORD!!!
