Bad attitide / damaged goods

Goods were left behind, driver kicked my furniture out of a labourers hands, I have goods missing, the driver treated me like rubbish. Their office was totally uncooperative when I called for assistance. They completely took advantage of the fact that I was a woman moving alone with kids. They dumped some of my big item furniture all over the garage and expected me to move it alone into the house. When I compalined about it, I was treated with extremely bad attitude.
