Hyundai can't supply parts

My nine month old i30 has been in the panel beater since the 1st November 2012 due to hail damage. Hyundai comment dated 24 March 13 The delay is a direct result of parts that arrived from Korea damaged. It is an unfortunate situation which is out of our control. A new lining has subsequently been ordered but is on back order at the factory. We will endeavour to have the part in SA as swiftly as possible and again we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. Hyundai Automotive South Africa cannot meet your request in substituting your vehicle. Hyundai Automotive S.A cannot meet your request in substituting your vehicle. We are also of the opinion that the Consumer Protection Act would have no ruling in the matter as the vehicle is not defective, unsafe nor is there a manufacturing flaw. When wanting to return your vehicle, we as a manufacturer and you as a customer must follow CPA principles around the entire transition. We have even checked with our legal department and requested their angle on this case with regard to returning the vehicle and their response to this was that the repair was due to an accident and not related to a failure.
