Bad and Unprofessional Recruitment Service

I am an unsatisfied and very disapointed candidate of Quest. I was called in for an interview by Ms. Naome Phalali some time in March and was told I needed to get there anytime after 15:00, when I got there after haven traveled from far Ms Phalali told me that she cant see me and that I need to come back the next day. I came back as early as 09:00 the next morning and Ms Phalali made me sit at reception for no less than an hour and a half with no explanation whatsoever and when she eventually came out to see me she gave me forms to complete and told me that when I'm done I must live them at reception because she was rushing to see a client.

On the 26th of March she told a friend of mine who used to work at quest to contact me and inform me that FNB hired me and that she will give me a call by close of business that same day. I then went to my current employer and I resigned, so as to make things easy for myself and she has never called me since.
I've been trying to get a hold of Ms Naome Plalali since then as now I am sitting without employment because of her and she is avoiding my calls or says she will call me back and never does.
