Trade test certificate hasn't arrived 8months has passed

Good day,

My name is Akbar-allie Rahiman.

I completed and passed my trade test in December 2016 at Tekmation training centre in Jacobs, Kwa-zulu Natal.

Seven months have passed and I haven't received my certificate as yet.

I have spent lots of time and money trying to locate and get any kind of information on the whereabouts of the certificate.

I have missed several job opportunities since qualifying, every company requires you to produce a certificate before employing you.

I have been trying to locate it myself, but to my disappointment nobody at Chieta seems to have any information or wants to assist me.

I eventually spoke to a lady named Ruth who advised that it was issued in March 2017. To date my training centre has not received it and I am moving back and forth between Chieta and Tekmation trying to find out what's going on.

I believe this is very unprofessional and someone should come back to me immediately.

Ruth and Janina said I should speak to Mr Fortune Ngwenya but he is never in office and never returns my calls.

Your assistance in resolving this matter will be highly appreciated.
