Empty promises

I done a course with crystal careers, which cost R800 and passed the test. I was given a certificate and garuanteed a job, this was in 2014. They then sent us to an office in Ghandi square for interviews and we made it through making us employed. the company we were employed with then moved without letting us know so we then went back too crystal career solutions and we were told that we would be placed in another call center. It is now 2016 and I still have had no use of this certificate, so is it possible to get my money back seeing that the certificate is no use to me
