Majestic Passports
Over promised and under delivered!

I applied for a letter of non impediment with Majestic [URL Removed] the website and I quote it states: "We are able to get the quick Letter of No Impediment SA in a week or two". Now I advised this agency that it is an emergency and I need it ASAP. its been 3 weeks and I've sent 3-4 emails and still no response, the last I heard from them they said that my letter was posted to them. I then decided to call because they were not responding to my emails they advised that my letter was lost or 'misplaced' as they put it. They then assured me they would look for it and send it the next day. This morning I tried calling 3 times and no answer. They haven't updated me or let me know what is going on, in the beginning they assured me they would get it to me in a week. I am in a foreign country and it seems nobody can help. Had I known this I would have just asked somebody back in SA to go to home affairs 5months ago and apply for the letter, now I am desperate and out of time because I trusted a unreliable company. So I'm the one who is!
