Billed for Food Not Packed!!

I am very disgusted in the way our query was handled by the manageress of KFC Emmarentia, whom I called 3 times as my food was not packed in the bag as per the bill, we ordered three Streetwise 2 with Mini loaves at 12:39, got billed for them, drove away with our packet only to find that only (two) 2 Streetwise 2's were packed (need to mention this is not the first time this occurs) I then Picked up the phone and called Elisa Maba who gave me an attitude and asked me what she should do? I expect her to use her managerial skills and sort this out as I am a diabetic who needs to eat I was then given an extra hour as they had promised to bring my food within 30 minutes, however Sanele was sent through at 14h10 with the incorrect order!!! bad part is she said I would be compensated, but none of it materialised all I want to say is... That soooo goood taste is gone thanks to Elisa Maba and the fact that she thinks "She is KFC" isn't going to get her far!!! I still expect a refund as I type this Hungry & Grumpy...
