BItterly Disappointed in KFC

Just a few months ago, I wrote on Hellopeter complimenting the KFC in Ferndale (near Damelin Randburg). And now I find myself complaining about the branch in Woodmead.

I went to get take out at about 5.50-6pm (sunday 27 Jan). I ordered a Colonel Burger and a Hawaiian Twister and two large fries (both meals were well below par, bordering on not wanting to eat it). The lady who served me Miate, had a MAJOR attitude problem when I ordered my food, she first gave me the once over, looking me up and down and then took my order as if I had asked her to climb Mount Everest. The food was also handled very badly, my Twister box was squashed into the packet, the chips were falling out their packet before they had even gone into the take out packet.

When I have KFC i expect it to taste the same every time. How can something be branded the same and yet be so vastly different at these branches. Needless to say, it will be a very long time until I visit the KFC in Woodmead again.

If this had been a meal out and she had been my waitress, she would have received no tip other than a hand written note, saying "MAJOR ATTITUDE CHECK". This is unacceptable in this type of industry
