Poor Quality of food

Hi. On the 22 April 2013 a colleague and myself were subject to an unfortunate experience at the Klerksdorp store. We had ordered a family platter and 12 prawns with stirfry. Upon receiving the platter the chips were cold and hard. We complained to the waitress who then called the manager. We informed the manageress about the situation and asked if she could swop the chips for some butternut and spinach. She initially refused but upon our insistence obliged. Upon receiving the veggies they too were cold and burnt. In addition to this the prawns and stirfry was also a disaster. The stirfry was burnt and oily and totally unappetising. This was the worst dining experience we have endured. We have been to other branches in east london, cape town, polokwane and durban and they were fine. The service we received here was horrendous and honestly makes us wonder if we will be patrons of your establishment. Very upset customers and a sheer waste of money.
