No wonder eateries are closing down fast & furious

It's no wonder why Ocean Basket (OB) eateries are closing down fast & furious, their staff have no regard for the very people who keep them in business - customers.

Yester-afternoon I went to OB @ Southgate and apart from noticing the agitation from other patrons due to incorrect orders, burnt food and waiting too long for their food, at our table we were subjected to my sole being burnt into a snoek and my friend's platter was shabbily put together & her calamari over-cooked. I then asked the waitress to take the sole back to the kitchen since it wasn't edible and also asked her about the unappetising way in which my friend's platter was prepared, to which she retorted by telling me that she only waitresses not prepare the food.

Her response was totally unacceptable as OB should train their waiting staff on simple things like food presentation since they are more customer facing than their kitchen colleagues. Also, it is quite regrettable that OB has the arrogance of not responding to customer complaints thus they can be assured that I will take this to every social media platform to raise public awareness about the highly likely unpleasant dining experience at OB eateries
