Bad Attitude and Weird Service at Belugas Waterfro

I sent an email to [Email Removed] on 28 February 2013 and on same day Roxy responded to say they will look into this matter but I received no further feedback. The waitress who served us was Nanette and the rude waiter was Milan
1) When we arrived at Belugas we requested a window table and was told that they were reserved. At the end of the evening several window tables were still unoccupied just as we had seen them much earlier on.
2) Towards the end of the evening a male waiter stomped rudely into the female waitress which resulted in her dropping the card machine accidentally onto my hand. This resulted in some painful discomfort To add further injury, he did not stop to apologise to either of us and belittled both the waitress and I. She did however report the incident to the manager on duty who did not approach my partner or I to offer apologies.
3) Furthermore, we noted that the waitresses took the liberty to put napkins onto our laps without asking permission to do so. We felt that this was an invasion of our personal space privacy.By asking permission to do so, would have altered the entire experience. 4) The full view of the napkin folding operation was in
