One waitress talks to us with terrible attitude

Last Friday (2013-12-6), i took my wife to centurion mall for a dinner with ocean basket, the waitress was standing outside the passage, she asked: table for two? i said yes, she replied: we have only one table, and she lead us to the table where is located next to the steps, we don't like, we ask the waitress is there any more table? or upstairs? then she was out of patient, and she said, go upstairs and check! there is full, no table! then we got crossed, why she was so no patience, at that moment, one manager saw the problem, he lead us to another available table, and helped us well, and the new waiter also helped us well.
it was lucky that manager saw the incident otherwise a conflict was unavoidable.
so, since when ocean basket starts to stop their employee's service training?
