BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went to KFC in Sesfikile shopping centre, where the cashier (Chairman) was rude and raising her voice while speaking to me, when the manager (Loyiso) came to assist, he did not even try to listen to what happened and just asked what do we want, i then called the customer service line where no one is available.
