Staff that don't know there own menu

Me and my fiance went to KFC on Saturday to order a veggie/hashbrown burger meal and a street wise two meal. When we asked for a veggie/hashbrown burger, they argued with me and my fiance that they don't have one, which is funny because we have ordered it at three other KFC branches, without any hassle! If someone works at a place they should know what food they have. My fiance and I ended up not ordering there after a short while of trying to reason with the staff there, and went home in upset and unhappy.
