Does Wimpy sell attitude or food? Confused. Livid!

Wimpy is a franchise therefore I expect everything to be the same everywhere.

The only burger I eat, is the hashbrown burger since I am a vegetarian, so immediately when I got it, I could tell that it was not the same as any I have eaten at any of the Wimpy's across the country. Yes, country!
It was dry. The hashbrown was sitting on dry lettuce and one slice of gherkin... the other small slice was laying somewhere on the plate. I asked for the menu to see how a standard Wimpy burger looked... Juicy!

I told the manager that it looked like no other hashbrown burger I had ever seen. She asked if she should add more sauce, and my response to that was that she should just make it look right.

The manager brought it back, almost throwing it in front of me and walked away.

The burger was oozing with sauce, as though the entire bottle was squeezed onto my burger out of spite. I told her I was unhappy and it should not have ended in a heated argument as she was the manager was supposed to calm the situation down. She said I could call the head office if I have a problem, and walked off.

I was livid. I will start a social movement against Wimpy if this is what their service is like.
