Rude and discourteus behaviou

I stood for 5 min without being atended to... I was the only customer.

After I asked whether they were openned, they responded rudely. The staff member told me that he had said that they are not openned.

Why would I wait there and waist my time.
I said to him that bad service and he said its ok.

Uterly disgusted!
