To Whom it May Concern

I was at KFC (Monument Spar) on Saturday around 03;00.

I order a BBQ Cheesy Twister and Pops. the lady who took my order said that she cannot assist me as there machine are off. (note that there was no board on saying that the machine are off). they told me that they can assist me if I go in store, What is the Difference???

I asked to speak to the manager (John). he came to the window with an attitude regarding the machine that is off. after a big fight they decided to assist me.

I waited in the drive through for 15 min for my order. when I wanted to pay they told me they cannot assist me because the card machine is offline? (note no board saying the machine in not working),

yet after another fight the card machine magically started working.

the staff nor the manager has a sense of working with client or giving the customer a good service.

this is not the first incident at the same Fast Food outlet.

there are no pride in service in the outlet and pride in what they are doing.

YOU ARE GIVING THE BRAND A BAD NAME.
