McDonald's order 1 meal pay for 2

Sunday after noon got hungry went to mc donalds for a very late lunch after a day out. Ordered meal then produced my card and payment got approved and the money withraw from my account, then the lights went out. Finished meal, left and just before I pulled out of the parking the store manager came running out, telling me I didn't pay for the meal. went in gave them my card paid (again, but didn't know it at the time) and left. Got home checked my phone and got 2 smses from the bank showing that the payment went through 2 . This morning went back, and they told me that they can't help me. Even after bringing them a bank statement showing funds have been deducted. The store manager promised me he'd call me before EOB, and time now 17:11 no call from mcdonalds.
