Broken Piece of Glass In Wate

Hello Peter,

I attended Ocean Basket in Rosebank Mall on Saturday Evening at which point I requested for a Glass of Ice Water and as having a sip of water I noticed a big piece of glass with very sharp edges in the bottom of my glass and if i tilted the glass more it would have slid down into my lip and cut me but with noticing this I requested from the waiter to please take away my glass and she really apologised as her service was excellent but I did advise her to tell the manager i would like an explanation for that as if i had to get hurt sorry would not have been good enough and the manager didnt come to me at all as the waiter advised that she would tell the manager, the food came and it wasnt right as i did request for half rice and half chips but only rice came and due to previous rumours i ate the food and did not send it back as we dont know what will happen behind the doors, very upset about all this i waited to see if the manager would come and say anything to apologise for the inconvenience but he walked passed several times and no response from him and this I would say is totally unexceptable service from a restaurant lke Ocen Basket. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
