Incomplete order issued for what I had paid fo

This seems to happen on a regular basis. I ordered a fully loaded box meal and a family meal 8 piece. When the order was handed to me I did a quick check and asked if all was in the bags, I was told yes off cause.
On unpacking at home we were chips, mash and a chicken piece short.

What kind of service is this? Never to use this KFC again. KFCin general has gone down, we regularly support the Kloof store even with the Bad Service. We merely go there to purchase a quick meal as we know we will not get anything more.
