What an awful experience

Went to Kitchen Bar for what we hoped would be a chilled, laid back Sunday lunch. The first sign was the tacky, well thumbed menu. Ordered Takara Chardonnay and received Sauvignon Blanc from a very disinterested waitress who spoke so fast that no-one understood a word. Ordered snails as a starter and received 3 slices of stale Ciabatta bread with it. For mains we ordered 2 Calamari and one medium steak. The steak arrived half way through the meal and was completely rare. Sent the steak back and continued with our meal. The steak never arrived until we complained. We noticed that quite a few people were complaining. We didn't receive a word of apology. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing. Truly appalling!!!
