Spur Steak Ranches
Not up to intl stds at intl airport

My sister and I frequented Spur at the King Shaka international airport on Saturday evening 4 May 2013. It was not busy at all by normal standards. We placed our order. My sister had a cheesy garlic steak and I had a surf n turf. My sister meal was fine but mine was way below standard. My calamari was horrible, there was more batter than calamari and had a chalkie texture and look. I requested a medium steak and it came back well done. My meal was taken back by the very helpful supervisor. I got my meal back and the calamari was better but the steak came back rare. Correct me if I'm wrong but is Spur not a steak house? Should steak not be your speciality.
Also I must mention that out waitress spoke in monotones which was so frustrating
On the positive side of things, the supervisor here is excellent
