Watch out customers

On 20 April 2013 I went for lunch at the Centurion Mall branch. Inside the restaurant I sat near the Kitchen (back of store). On my departure I forgot my brand new wifi router (still sealed with receipt) on the table I had eaten at. 5 minutes later I returned to the store to re-claim the parcel and I was told that no one had seen it. I enquired about security camera's and the manager on duty claimed that the camera's were not working and when I continued to be persistent I was then told that the store does not 'have camera's at that portion of the shop. The same gentleman then took my cellphone (but to show that he didn't intend calling me) but did not ask my name or even the network provider details e.g voda or Mtn. So customers be warned should anything happen in-store you are not safe as there is not security surveillence (I wonder how they monitor the kitchen as the table I'm reffering to is less than 1metre from the kitchen counter.
