Bad manner of response

I was second on the queue and I was patiently waiting for the first guy to be assisted as he was making his order. Then when it my turn to be assisted, the trainee went ahead and assisted the other while I was waiting to be helped. I asked her how can she jump me and help the other person, she responded with an attitude. I asked her why didn't she ask who came in first then she continued with her attitude and answered by saying that it's not her fault that I waited at the wrong queue. I angrily asked for my money and I returned back to work hungry as it was my lunch time...
