Bad food and bad attitude

I ordered a takeaway meal. Chicken breasts and a greek salad. When I got home I found that they had put the HOT chicken in the same container as the COLD salad! Causing the the salad ingredients to shrivel up. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the owner Cecil and told him that this was not good enough. His answer was, and I quote, 'well that's the way the staff always do it! Can I go now!? ' All the time I was there waiting for my food he was watching the horse racing channel and phoning in bets while sipping on Johnny Walker. I guess he was too busy gambling to be bothered with a customer complaint and wanted to get back to his horses and his drink.
