Raw Chicken in Chicken Salad

I just purchased a Chicken Salad from McDonalds Secunda and when I got back to my office to eat it, all of my chicken pieces were raw!!! I was also parcked for almost half an hour waiting for the salad which has now become unfathomable to me because the food is raw anyway. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service or poor quality in their food!!!
