Hungry staff with dirty ways

On Tuesday the 17th of September I visited the KFC in Isando and ordered my food, while I waited for my order I stood at the end of the counter which looks into the preparation area. I was disgusted with what I observed. A customer ordered a chicken salad and as I watched the lady make the salad, she continuously ate from the ingredients (mostly the chicken) and touched the bins and never washed her hands before inserting the next ingredient. Is this what happens when ever we order from you guys? I have had items miss from my order numerous times before, guess now I know where they go too. It's dirty and unhealthy practice for a fast food outlet. I will never go back there! This will lead to food poisioning.
