Mug and bean service stinks, manager rude

Went to mug and bean, just before lunch today. There were 4 of us, 3 adults 1 child. Ordered our drinks : 2 milo, 1 house blend 1 cappuccino with cream. When order arrived all fine except the cappuccino was cream less. Instead of saying oops, made a mistake, did not hear you, will sort it out, the manager argued with us. Said. You said cappuccino I I took your order and I wrote it down. His attitude and way of service then and after was rude and so unacceptable. All three adults heard and even joked about the cream, yet he argued about it. Very bad service.
